Alona Tal
Alona Tal is an Israeli-American performer and actress. Her birthplace was in Herzliya on October 20, 1983. She began her career following her time as a member of the Israeli Defense Forces. Her breakthrough was in 2003 when she starred in an Israeli film. At the time , she was a part of two TV shows in Israel, and she also tried her hand at music by recording a few songs along with Israeli rapper Subliminal. Tal was able to move in with her sister in New York in order to be away from her work. Then, she teamed up with Haitian artist Wyclef Jean on the song "Party to Damascus". American television was also where she established herself. Her first part was a recurring one in the show Veronica Mars. Tal eventually was offered an regular spot in the short-lived CBS series. He was a part of two TV programs in Israel before shifting to New York. Recorded a track with singer Wyclef Jean. Hebrew is her mother tongue. Second in the competition for the role as Veronica Mars (2004). She was auditioned for the role and was Rob Thomas' second choice. Thomas loved her so much he created the character that would play Meg Manning specifically for her. Served in The Israel Defense Forces. Her parents are Jewish Her father is Turkish/Jewish and she has a Polish/Jewish mother. Acts as Adrian Monk’s daughter in the last episode. Her father is Turkish/Jewish while her mother is Polish/Jewish.
